Joseph M. Lippert

Joseph M. Lippert, 76, of Bethlehem died Wednesday, August 29, 2018 peacefully at home. Born January 4, 1942 in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Irene (Huyter) and Joseph G. Lippert. He was married to Kathleen (Gombosi) Lippert with whom he celebrated 55 years of marriage this past May.

Joseph proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Cuban Crisis. He worked for the Bethlehem Steel in Pottstown. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bethlehem Township. One of Josephs favorite past times was traveling with his wife and friends on their motorcycles.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kathleen, sister, Irene Karvoski and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help 3219 Santee Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18020 from 12-1 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home.
