Joseph M. Rieger

Joseph M. Rieger, 48 , formerly of Bethlehem died at his sister's home in Germansville on Friday, May 8, 2009 under the loving care of his family and Hospice of St. John.

He was born Bethlehem, and was the son of the late Thomas J. Rieger and Barbara A Rieger-Lambert and Step-father- Richard M. Ford of Bath, PA.



Joseph worked for Quiet Core Inc. in Bethlehem for 12 years and also was a handyman in the Bethlehem area for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Joseph will be lovingly remembered by his mother Barbara A. Rieger-Lambert and his step father Richard M. Ford of Bath, PA, a brother Tom Rieger and his wife Suzanne of Hershey, PA, a sister Patty Leiby and her husband Butch of Germansville, PA , a niece Christine Leiby and two nephews, Jacob Leiby and Tommy Rieger II.

Joseph is predeceased by his father, and a sister Mary Rieger.

Friends may call on Monday, May 11, 2009 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM in the funeral home followed by burial at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
