Josephine Capuano

Josephine Capuano, 79, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. She was born December 26, 1928 in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa Korpics Repnyek.

She was the loving wife of Orlando Capuano. They celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary February 13th.

Josephine worked as a sewing machine operator for various factories for 38 years. She retired from Debby-Sue. She enjoyed reading and playing bingo. She was a member of Our Lady of Pompeii of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Orlando, sister, Mary Soffera

daughter, Sally Ann, wife of Ray Bieak; sons, John Capuano & his wife Sylvia;

Robert Capuano & his wife Pamela; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by, her brothers, Frank, William, Steve & Harry Repnyek

and John Lutseo

Services: A Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Pompeii of the Most Holy Rosary 826 East fourth St. Bethlehem, PA 18015. Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2008 from

7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the church.
