Josephine F. “Cookie” Schnierlein, 70, of Allentown, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Frank F. and Helen (Csuvay) DeBellis. She lived on Hayes St. for many years and loved South Bethlehem. She was a talented crafter of Christmas ceramics and loved planting flowers; her favorites being Afican Violets and Lilacs. Cookie was employed by the former Champion Spark Plugs in Hellertown and above all, she dedicated her life to her sons.
She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Billy Schnierlein and Joey Schnierlein & his girlfriend, Tracy all of Allentown. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Rebecca.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
