Judith J. Springer, 88, of Bethlehem, PA, formerly of Bowie, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Born on March 28, 1937 in Asheville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Clara (Gamble) and Nalphaus B. Johnson. She was the loving wife of the late Allen A. Springer.

Judith dedicated over 40 years of her life to the Bowie Library in the Prince George's County Memorial Library System, where she worked as a circulation assistant eventually becoming a supervisor. She was a longtime member of the St. Matthew's United Methodist Church in Bowie, MD. She enjoyed reading and traveling. She found joy in visiting the beaches of Delaware, Maryland, and the Carolinas, Disney World, Williamsburg, VA, and her beloved hometown Asheville. Above all, Judith treasured her family and their achievements. Her four sons and their families were her pride and joy, bringing her immense happiness and fulfillment. Judith cherished her family and their accomplishments.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Paul Springer (Beverly), Jack Springer (Debra), Jeffrey Springer (Colleen), and Scott Springer (Janet); 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidson, Md. on Saturday, June 14th at 11 am.
