Julia C. Pedregon

Julia Cora Pedregon, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, on March 30, 2022, four days shy of her 95th birthday. Julia was born April 3, 1927 in Arroyo, Puerto Rico to the late Manuel Cora and Mecedes DeJesus. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, the late Roberto Rivera Pedregon.

Julia was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church. She worked as an ironing operator in the garment industry for Lehigh Dress and Debbie Sue retiring July 1, 1990.

Julia will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Robert Pedregon, husband of Barbara of Slatington PA; Wilfredo Pedregon, husband of Bonnie of Easton, PA; daughter, Nereida Oberly, wife of Eugene of Easton, PA; stepdaughter, Tina Dillan of Bethlehem, PA; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and she is survived by one brother, Santos Cora DeJesus of Puerto Rico.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St., Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
