Julia Grace Kozak

Julia Grace Kozak, 91, formerly of Bethlehem passed away in her sons home in Lake Wynonah, PA on Sunday, December 20, 2015. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Mary and Frank Pulley. She was married to Michael Kozak for 36 years until his death on December 20, 1983. Grace worked for the Laris Company in Bethlehem. She also dedicated herself to her family. Grace was an original member of Silver Creek Country Club and Bethany UCC in Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Michael J. Kozak and wife Joan, Dennis K. Kozak and wife Miriam and Philip J. Kozak and wife Larissa and three grandchildren, Joshua, Corey and Michael S. Kozak. She was the last survivor of 17 brothers and sisters.
