Julia Malacsics

Julia Malacsics ("Irish" as most knew her) passed away at Holy Family Manor on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 after a brief illness. She was 91 years old.

Born on August 28, 1921, she led a long, full life enjoying her family and her faith. Her first love was her long term employment (well over 60 years) at Sure Fit Products as a floor supervisor. She retired at age 84 in 2006. She was a member of the former St. John Capistrano Parish.

Julia is survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Alex, and sisters Mary Hoffer, Theresa Urban, and Irene Bozaki.

Services are private at the request of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Manor, 1200 Spring St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 or to a charity of one's choice.
