Julia Wagner, 95, of Bethlehem passed away on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg Campus. She was born on February 16, 1921 in Bethlehem, daughter of the late Alexander and Mary (Sinkecs) Kercsmar. She was the wife of Roger R. Wagner. They celebrated 59 years of marriage this past April 13th. Julia worked for the LVRR, the Northampton County Courthouse, and then at home raising her family. She proudly served her country in the US Navy during WWII from 1943-1945. Julia was a member of St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church in Bethlehem. Julia was a kind and caring woman who loved her family, God and country. She had a soft spot in her heart for all animals.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Roger, daughters, Alexandra Stisser, Sharon Wagner, and Barbara Wagner all of Bethlehem, and granddaughter, Julia Stisser. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Wanich, and brothers, Louis Kercsmar and John Kercsmar.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Monday December 12, 2016 at St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church 617 E. 4th St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18015. A viewing will be held from 10:00am -11:00am prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held at Fountain Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church or to the Center for Animal Health & Welfare 1165 Island Park Rd. Easton, Pa. 18042.
