Juliana Bauer

Juliana Bauer, 90, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Fountain Hill. She was born in Bayonne, NJ on July 31, 1923, the daughter of the late Andro and Anna (Fedorochko) Nalesnik. Juliana was predeceased in 2012 by her loving husband of 65 years, Albert J. Bauer, Sr. of Bethlehem.

Juliana worked as a secretary for Tidewater Oil Company and the Department of the Army (Military Ocean Terminal) in Bayonne, NJ.



She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Albert J. Bauer, Jr. and wife, Camille of Bethlehem; Anne Morgan and husband, Ira Morgan of San Marcos, CA; Susan Morgan of Davenport, FL; and Marybeth McAlister of Hightstown, NJ; her grandchildren, Lisa Kemp and husband Matthew Kemp of Bethlehem; Michael Bauer and wife, Kelly of Ann Arbor, MI; Jeffrey Bauer and wife, Danielle of Jersey City, NJ; David Elpin of Escondido, CA; Brian Morgan of Davenport, FL; Jennifer Hamm, wife of Brian Hamm of Ammon, Idaho; Kaitlyn McAlister and Megan McAlister of Hightstown, NJ; her great-grandchildren, Camille and Ethan Kemp, Christian and Ethan Hamm, and Elizabeth Grace Bauer; by her brother, Michael Nalesnik and wife, Irene of Hawley, PA; and numerous nephews and nieces. Juliana was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary, Anna and Helen; and her brothers, John and Andrew.



Services: A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 5 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA with a visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Inurnment will be on Friday, February 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Washington National Crossing Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
