June Frances Bragg

June Frances Bragg, 90, of Bethlehem, died on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Herman A. and Mary (Billiard) Rodgers and stepdaughter of the late Patrick J. Enright. She was the loving wife of the late Hubert T. “Bud” Bragg. They celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary before his death in 2002.

Frances graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1944. She worked as an assistant librarian for the Bethlehem Public Library for 39 years before retiring in 1990. Frances was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening and reading and was an artist in the way she created her personalized greeting cards for family and friends.

Frances will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cecilia Kilian and her husband, David of Bethlehem; son, Larry Bragg and his wife, Lisa of Northampton; her sister, Josephine Shannon of Bethlehem; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Maureen Bragg and her sister, Catherine Rodgers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, 312 E. 4th St., Bethlehem, PA 18015. Visitation will be from 8 to 9:15 a.m. at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
