Karen Delre

Karen DelRe, 64, of Bethlehem, died on April 24, 2016 at Fox Chase Cancer Center. She was born April 21, 1952, daughter of the late Jakob and Emily (Bodner) Turtshanow. Karen is survived by her husband of 44 years, Vincent Carmen DelRe. Karen dedicated her life to helping others. Her selfless nature guided her to her calling which was working for the elderly as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a CNA for Lifequest prior to her most recent position as a CNA with Luther Crest where she worked for the last 5 years.

Karen was proud of her family and will be dearly missed by her husband, Vincent; her children, Connie DelRe, Anthony DelRe, Tanya Arner and her husband, Kristoffer, and Matthew DelRe; as well as her eight grandchildren, great-granddaughter and her brothers, Jacob, Peter and Harry.

The Connell Funeral Home is honored to assist in the creation of services which will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016 at New Covenant Christian Community Church, 21 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Family will receive guests from 10:30 to 11 a.m. in the church.
