Katharina Carrington

Katharina Carrington, 78, of Easton, died Monday, July 2, 2007 at St. Luke?s Hospital in Fountain Hill. She was born March 3, 1929 in Kaiserlautern, Germany, the daughter of the late Ludwig and Regina Burgard. She was the loving wife of the late Thomas A. Carrington, Jr.

Katharina worked for B Braun, Inc. for 32 years on the assembly line as a needle capper. She retired in 1995. She lived for her family; they always came first to her. Katharina loved to play bingo, loved German Music and shopping with her granddaughters.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Ingrid, wife of Mark Buzsics of Easton; sons, Thomas A. Carrington, III & his wife Loretta of Bethlehem Twp.; John Carrington & his wife Barbara of Bethlehem; brother, Klaus Burgard and a sister, Karola Burgard, daughter-in-law, Cecilia Cory and her husband John of Bangor; her loving grandchildren, Erin & Emily Buzsics, Matthew Carrington, Ingrid Hill, Jeremy, Andrew, Patrick & Phillip Carrington and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Ingrid & Horst.
