Katherine P. Stellato

Katherine P. Stellato, 80, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Fountain Hill, the daughter of Clarence Nonnemacher of Bethlehem; and the late Hedwig Blackton Nonnemacher. She was the loving wife of Eugene R. Stellato. They celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary this past July.

Katherine dedicated her life to her family with love, gentleness, kindness and strength. She was a longtime member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church and recently attended St. Ursula's Catholic Church in Fountain Hill.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Eugene, of Bethlehem; father, Clarence of Bethlehem; sons, Louis E. Stellato and his wife, Marsha, of Westlake, OH; Edward R. Stellato and his wife, Nancy, of Bethlehem; Michael A. Stellato and his wife, Carla, of Bethlehem; daughter, Jean Ann, wife of William Boothe, of Harrisburg, PA and Sun City, FL; her grandchildren, Eugene, Emily, Jennifer, Dominic, Vincent, Anthony, Nicholas, Jonathan, Andrea, Tony and Timothy and her great-grandchildren, Isabel, Tyler, Abigail, Alexandra and Breanna.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Blackton and her sister, Patricia Kaminski.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ursula's Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Visitation will be from 8-9 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
