Katherine Piccirilli

Katherine Piccirilli, 95, of Bethlehem, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. Born on January 15, 1923 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Kashitska) and Frank Zuick. She was the loving wife of the late Francis. J. Piccirilli.

Katherine was a member of St. Annes Catholic Church and former member of Ss. Peter and Paul in Allentown and Our Lady of Pompeii in Bethlehem. Early in her life she worked as a seamstress and later co-owned Piccirillis Caf with her husband, Francis. After retiring, Katherine and Francis enjoyed their summers in Lewes, Delaware where they loved to ride on their boat and fish. She was very close to her 4 sisters and loved spending quality time with her whole family.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Rosalie Piccirilli and Richard Piccirilli and his wife, Carol. Katherine was preceded in death by her sisters, Rose Burkhart, Sophie Zuick, Mary Zuick and Ann Sabo.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 7-9 P.M. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 10 A.M. at St. Annes Catholic Church, 450 E. Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, P.O. Box 96011 Washington, D.C. 20090-6011.
