Kathleen O'Donnell

Kathleen ODonnell, 64, of Bethlehem died peacefully and unexpectedly in her home on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. She was born in Bethlehem; daughter of the late Urban W. and Barbara M. (Mako) ODonnell. Kathy was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, class of 1968. She worked as an administrative assistant for the Diocese of Allentown and was active in the International Association of Administrative Professionals. Not only a chef at the St. Francis Retreat House in Easton for many years, she was a lifelong parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bethlehem, a member of the choir and as a CCD educator. She also volunteered at Musikfest for over 20 years.

Kathy will be dearly missed by her sister, Barbara Meadows of Saylorsburg, PA; her niece Alyssa Meadows of Brooklyn, NY as well as her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kathy touched many hearts.

Family will receive guests on Kathys birthday, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1817 1st St. Bethlehem, PA 18020 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., immediately followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice or St. Francis Retreat House, 3918 Chipman Rd. Easton, PA 18045.
