Whether he was organizing and creating unforgettable events, such as kid-theme birthday parties, Cinco de Mayo, Halloween events, and even a mischievous visit from the leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day, it was truly an event to remember. Kevin's imagination knew no bounds.
A self-taught and self-motivated handyman, Kevin's visionary approach to projects was evident in every corner of the family home. His creativity and skill are reflected in both inside and outside of the home that he planned and designed, each one a testament to his dedication and talent.
Kevin was also a tremendous cook who took great pleasure in preparing meals for his loved ones. His other hobbies included horse racing and watching the Miami Dolphins.
Kevin's life was a celebration of the extraordinary within the ordinary. His memory will continue to inspire all who know him, and his love, laughter, and remarkable ability to turn everyday life into an adventure will be deeply missed but forever cherished. His athletic talents weren't confined to the gridiron; Kevin was also a New Jersey State Champion wrestler and was named most outstanding wrestler at the Easton Lions Wrestling Classic, showcasing his versatility and determination. Kevin earned the title of captain for both the football and wrestling teams.
After high school, Kevin continued to pursue his passion for football at Bucknell University, where he attended on an academic scholarship. As a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and a three-year letter winner, Kevin was a starting linebacker for the Bucknell Bison, further cementing his reputation as a formidable athlete.
Beyond his athletic, academic, and career achievements, Kevin was most proud of his role as a father. He found immense joy in spending time with his children, supporting them in all their endeavors, and being an integral part of their lives. His love for his family was the cornerstone of his existence.
Kevin's wife of 23 years, Bonnie, was the love of his life. She was his partner in raising three beautiful children. Together, they enjoyed working on projects, with Bonnie designing and Kevin building, a true testament to their harmonious and creative partnership.
Kevin had a tremendous attachment to Phillipsburg High School and worked as a teacher, as well as a football, wrestling, and golf coach. He truly appreciated making an impact in the lives of the students that he encountered. He later worked for Warren Business Products in Phillipsburg and completed his working career with M-Tech Engineering Consultants, which allowed him to use skills that he was formally trained in while attending Bucknell.
