Kevin L. Reddinger, Jr., 39, of Bethlehem, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at his residence at LifePath. He was born in Fountain Hill on October 4, 1984 to Susan M. (Clause) Reddinger of Northampton and the late Kevin L. Reddinger, Sr. who passed away in 2000.
Kevin was a proud graduate of the Class of 2006 from Liberty High School, Bethlehem. He was a community member of LifePath for the past several years. Sports were a significant part of Kevin's life. He was an enthusiastic participant in the Special Olympics and the Adult Disabilities Bowling League at the former Town and Country Lanes, Bethlehem. Kevin's love for sports was not confined to his participation; he was an ardent follower of the Philadelphia Flyers, Phillies, Eagles, Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, and Phantoms. His passion for the game was infectious, and he could often be found cheering on his favorite teams with friends and family.
Kevin also had a special place in his heart for soccer, baseball, playing in the Challenger Little League, and basketball. He enjoyed the camaraderie of team sports and the thrill of competition, always playing with a spirit of sportsmanship and fair play. His teammates appreciated his dedication, and he was a valued player on every team he joined. Off the field, Kevin was a familiar face at Skateaway in Bethlehem Twp., where he loved to spend his free time.
Survivors: In addition to his mother; sisters: Kelly L. wife of Charles W. Weaver, III of Bethlehem, Karissa L. wife of Terence J. Irving, Sr. of Freemansburg; nieces & nephews: Brooke Roberts, Charlotte Weaver, Tania Irving, Terence J. Irving, Jr. and Tiara Irving.
Service: Family and friends are invited to his viewing 5-7pm Sunday, November 5, 2023 at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. The inurnment will be held 11am Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Farmersville Cemetery, 4552 Easton Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18020. Online condolences may be offered at connellfuneral.com.
