Lena Lenora Klovacs

Lena Lenora Klovacs, 86, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, May 4, 2011.

She was born in Clifton Twp., PA; the daughter of the late William and Jennie Swayze Kehley.

Lena was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 67 years, Louis Klovacs. Lena worked hand in hand with her Louis to build a cabin in the Poconos which they enjoyed together for many years.

Lena dedicated her life to her family. She also enjoyed sewing and fulfilled this passion working as a seamstress until her retirement at the age of 75. Prior to this she worked at Just Born Inc.

Lena was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

She is survived by her daughter Lana Lee Brown and her husband Larry of Jacksonville, FL; four grandchildren, Larry Jr., Louis, Leslie and Lee Anne as well as 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She will also be dearly missed by her sisters, Sarah, Ida and her twin sister, Viva as well as her brother, Robert.

Lena was predeceased by her brothers, Francis, Adam and William and her sister, Edna.

She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution; was an avid reader and loved the outdoors.

Viewing will be held on Sunday May 8, 2011 from 7-8:30 PM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem.

A funeral service will be held on Monday May 9, 2011; 10:30 AM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church 514 3rd Ave. Bethlehem PA 18018. A viewing will be held at the church prior to the service on Monday from 10-10:30 AM.

Interment will take place at Nisky Hill Cemetery.
