Lisa Dell'Alba

June 30, 1978 — February 16, 2025

Hanover Township, PA

Lisa Marie Dell'Alba, 46, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on February 16, 2025, with her loving family by her side.

Lisa was born on June 30, 1978, in Easton, PA, to the late Gary and Judith (Berg) Dell'Alba. She graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 1996 and earned her bachelor's degree from DeSales University. Lisa was a dedicated and passionate leader, serving as the President of Square One Markets.

On September 24, 2005, Lisa married the love of her life, Steve Rosati, at the Stroudsmoor Inn. Together, they built a beautiful life centered around their son, Coltrane Rosati, who was Lisa's world.

Lisa was a force of nature, always striving for personal growth so that she could uplift those around her. She had a remarkable ability to extend an experience, finding as much joy in planning events and vacations as in the experiences themselves. A gifted planner, she meticulously organized excursions for family trips, often aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, which she loved.

A true leader, Lisa possessed a talent for placing the right people in the right roles, recognizing strengths in others, and empowering them to succeed together. She had an innate love for people and a deep curiosity about what made them tick.

Lisa had many passions, including dance, which she not only loved but also taught, martial arts-most recently Jiu-Jitsu-cars, and, most importantly, her family. She achieved the rank of Purple Belt in Jiu-Jitsu and was a second-degree Black Belt in mixed martial arts. She was an active member and contributor to the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS). Her dedication to leadership and personal development was evident in all aspects of her life.

Above all, Lisa's greatest joy was her family, especially her son, Coltrane. She fought with unwavering strength to be present for him, demonstrating the deep love and devotion that defined her life.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Steve; son, Coltrane; sister, Brenda Rosado; brother-in-law, John Rosado; niece, Kayla Rosado; and nephew, Gavin Rosado; as well as her colleagues and friends.

The family will receive guests at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025, with a service to celebrate Lisa's life to follow at 8:00 p.m., officiated by dear friend, Pastor Jodie Harney. Burial will be private.
