Lois Ann Kery

Lois Ann Kery, 75, of Bethlehem, died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Anna (Hari) and Frank “Tex” Kery.

Lois worked and retired as a pharmacy technician at Hess Pharmacy in Bethlehem. She had a passion for theater and music. She was involved with MunOpCo Music Theatre, the Macungie Minstrelairs, the Steel Choir of Bethlehem, NCC Community Chorus, and the Liberty High School Alumni Choir. Lois also volunteered her time as a mentor with MunOpCos All-Starz, a performing group of children with Down syndrome. She was a member of St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church where she volunteered her time and she was also a softball coach for Northeast Little League.

She will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Robert Kery and wife Rosemarie of AZ, sisters, Patricia Donchez and Geraldine “Geri” Kery both of Bethlehem and many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM. A calling hour will be held on Saturday June 10, 2017 at St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church 617 E 4th St, Bethlehem, PA 18015 from 9-10 AM followed by a service at 10 AM. Burial will be at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery.
