Loretta Deutsch Madle

Loretta Deutsch Madle, 78, of Center Valley, Pa. passed away on Monday January 13, 2014 at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital in Bethlehem. She was born on February 2, 1935 in Bethlehem, daughter of the late Harry and Margaret (Gorman) Perkins. She was the wife of the late Charles Deutsch and the late Frank Madle.

Loretta worked as a lay out operator for the former Western Electric and AT&T in Allentown. She was a member of St. Josephs Rosary Society. She loved Central Catholic High School and West Virginia University Sports. She was an avid gardener and dog and cat lover.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Thomas Deutsch and wife Denise Torcivia of Center Valley, and Carl Deutsch and companion Kim Fizer, sisters, Mary Lynch and Eleanor Cressman both of Bethlehem, grandchildren, Zachary, Krystal, Alex, Tiffany, Tyler, and Kaitlyn, and great grandchildren, Jason, Jahrelle, Jaydien, Kayliana, Luke, Eva, Neiko, and Brianna.

She was predeceased by brothers, Harry, Francis, James, and Richard Perkins, and sister Marguerite Sandbrook.

A prayer service will be held 9:00am Saturday January 18, 2014 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10am at St. Josephs Catholic Church 5050 St. Joseph Rd Limeport, Pa. 18060

A viewing will be held from 7-9PM Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
