Louella M. Seruga

Louella M. Seruga, 99, of Bethlehem passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021. She was born on March 22, 1922 the daughter of the late Esther (Butz) and Harry Oswald. She was the loving wife of the late Charles C. Seruga.

Louella loved going to work at Giant where she could often be found selling hotdogs. She enjoyed trips to the casino and traveling all over the Lehigh Valley playing Bingo. She was an independent woman who loved and cherished her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her granddaughters, Jessica Hoffert wife of Miranda Brennan and Kimberly Longo, wife of Matt Longo; great grandchildren, Nathan, Sophia and Henry Longo and many nieces and nephews. Louella was preceded in death by her daughter, Roseann Louise Hoffert; brothers, Harry, Warren and Sam Oswald and sisters, Evelyn Schaffer and Pauline Stettler.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 12 p.m. at Holy Saviour Cemetery 2575 Linden St. Bethlehem, PA 18018.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Moravian Kings Daughters and Sons Home, 61 W. Market St. Bethlehem, PA 18018.
