Louis A. Rodriguez

Louis A. Rodriguez, 58 of Bethlehem, was welcomed into Heaven on Saturday, July 21, 2015. He was born November 04, 1956 in Bethlehem, the son of Nilda Rodriguez of Bethlehem and the late Angel L. Rodriguez. Louis was employed by the Bethlehem Area Public Library for over 30 years. He enjoyed his cars, music and reading. He especially loved honoring his birthdays by purchasing delicious desserts to share with his co-workers. He also enjoyed celebrating Valentines Day with his female co-workers with delicious desserts.

Louis is survived by his mother Nilda Rodriguez; his sister, Marie D. Savakinas and husband Richard R. Savakinas of Mechanicsburg, PA; and a niece, Nicole V. Savakinas.

He was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 28 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. An 11 a.m. funeral service will follow in the Serenity Garden at the Bethlehem Area Public Library, W. Church & N. New Sts; Rev. Dale Miller officiating. Burial will be in Nisky Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
