Louise D Pors

Louise D. Pors, 89 of Fountain Hill, PA died Wednesday August 24th at St. Luke's

Hospice in Lower Saucon Township.

Louise was the wife of the late John F. Pors who died in 1997.

Born in Fountain Hill she was the daughter of the late James and Ida Braxmeier Durning.

Louise had been a long time member of St. Ursula Catholic Church in Fountain Hill. She was a 1940 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School.

Louise had worked in the Billing Dept. of Bethlehem Steel Co. during the 1940's

She was friendly to everyone who she made contact with. She was an avid reader, and accomplished cook and baker and enjoyed the classic movies.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter: Susan Wolf and her husband Warren of Chesterton, Ind., her son John "Jay" Pors and his wife Eileen of Bethlehem, her granddaughter Heather and her two great grandchildren Josh and Hailey.

She was preceded in death by her brothers: Vincent, James and Patrick and her sisters: Winifred Smith and Bernadette Bush.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday August 27th at 12:30 in

St. Ursula's Church 1300 Broadway Fountain Hill.

Viewing will be Saturday 10:45 to 11:45 at Connell Funeral Home 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa

Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
