Louise K. Palencar

Louise K. Jeuter Palencar, 87, of Bethlehem, PA passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Cedar Brook-Fountain Hill in Bethlehem. Born January 21, 1923 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Louise Kohl and Charles Jeuter. She was married to the late George R. Palencar for 65 years.

Louise worked for Lehigh University for 15 years retiring in 1985. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always put her family first.

Louise will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Karen Krajczar of Bethlehem and Jane wife of Robert Vanim of Emmaus, twin sister, Elise wife of Charles Staub of Wilmington, DE, grandchildren; Aleshea Maurer, Mark Vanim and Rev. Mr. J.R. Krajczar. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, Annalise and Daniel.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 11 AM. The family will receive friends and guest from 10-11 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers contirbutions may be made in Louise's name to Alzheimer's Association Lehigh Valley Branch 617-A Main St. Hellertown, PA 18055.

Louise's family would like to thank the staff of Cedar Brook- Fountain Hill for the kind compassionate care their mother received the past five years she was there.
