Lucille L. Fahey

Lucille L. Fahey, 88, of Bethlehem died on Saturday November 17, 2007 at Gracedale Nursing Center in Nazareth.

She was born March 16, 1919 in Fountain Hill, the daughter of the late Cleo and Mabel Burgstresser Layton.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Francis J. Fahey, Jr. and her grandson Matthew Fahey.

She was a graduate of Moravian College, Class of 1939.

Lucille retired from Lehigh Valley Railroad after 37 years of service as an Executive Assistant to the Vice-President.

She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

Lucille will be lovingly remembered by her son Michael J. Fahey and his wife Nancy of Bethlehem and her two grandsons Michael and Rob.

A visitation will be held at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 from 9-10AM with a service to celebrate Lucille's life to follow in the funeral home at 10AM.
