Lucy C. Rich

Lucy C. Loicano Rich, 96, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Manor Care Health Services in Bethlehem. Born October 1, 1911 in Palermo, Sicily she was the daughter of the late Josephine Riolo and George Loicano. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Rich.

Lucy was a House Mother at the St. Luke's School of Nursing for 17 years, retiring in 1974.

She is survived by her brother, George Loicano of Bethlehem and four generations of nieces and nephews.

Lucy was preceded in death by her two sisters Rose Quarato and Anna Nicotera.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held Monday, August 11, 2008 at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 9:30-11 AM followed by a service in the funeral home at 11 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.
