Lucy Devine

Lucy Devine, 78, of Bethlehem passed away on Sunday February 15, 2009 at St. Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa. She was born on January 26, 1931 in Newark, N.J. daughter of the late Salvatore and Teresa Amendola Zannino.

Lucy worked as a seamstress for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Ronald E. Devine Jr. and wife Nanette of Allentown, Pa., Allan P. Devine and partner T.D. Chipman of Provincetown, Mass., Michael S. Devine Sr. and wife Sebastiana of Bethlehem, and Mark S. Devine and fianc Alice Kennedy of Phillipsburg, N.J., and daughters Theresa M. Reed of Hackettstown, N.J., and Margaret T. Devine and partner Marie Zengel of Frenchtown, N.J., sisters, Mary Popiotek of Mt. Pocono, Pa. and Angela Valetta of Rockaway, N.J. and 6 grandchildren, Krista Devine, Rachel Devine, Michael Devine Jr., Daniel Devine, Jeffrey Devine, and Donald Reed III,

She was predeceased by a brother Jimmy Zannino, and a sister Rose Melvin

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12 Noon Wednesday February 18, 2009 at the Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018 Calling hour from 11-12 Noon at the funeral home.
