Madeline M. Baur

Madeline M. Baur, 90, of Bethlehem, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Mary (Wagner) and Henry Ortwein. She was the loving wife for 51 years of the late Thomas G. Baur.

Madeline was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. She was an animal lover and enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking. Above all, taking care of her family and seeing them happy brought her great joy.

She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Thomas H. Baur, and his wife, Kathleen and Robert G. Baur and his wife, Kathleen; 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Madeline was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Stoll and Theresa Knies and brother, Henry Ortwein.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 9:30-10:30a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18020. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30a.m. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
