Magdaline Guidon, 87, of Coopersburg, formerly of Freemansburg, died Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown. Born August 29, 1931 in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Anna (Bodak) and John Polack. She was married to Andrew Guidon, Jr. for 56 years until his death on April 13, 2008.
Magdaline was devoted to her family. She loved to cook, decorate for Christmas, spoil her family and took great pride in maintaining a nice home. She the best halupki maker. Magdaline was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Bethlehem.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Andrew Guidon, III and wife Judi, Debra A. Beers wife of Bruce and Glen Guidon, seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, brother, Joseph Polack, sisters, Helen Kozma, Mary Bognar, and Dolores Bortz. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl, John and Andrew Polack, and sisters, Anna Molnar, Eleanor Kozemchak, and Theresa Frost.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem from 8:30-9:30 AM followed by a funeral service at Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church 1140 Johnson Dr., Bethlehem at 10 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Magdalines name to Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.
