Marco M. Cabassa

Marco M. Cabassa, Sr., 92, of Bethlehem, PA died Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in his home in Bethlehem. He was born April 25, 1920 in Mayagues, Puerto Rico. He was married to Aida I. (Rodriguez) Cabassa with whom he celebrated 58 years of marriage this past January 24th.

Marco worked and retired from Bethlehem Steel in the Foundry Department.

Marco is survived by his wife, Aida, their sons, Marco Jr., his wife, Diane, Raymond, his wife, Jacqueline both of CA, Joseph and his companion, Amy Hoaldey and Richard, his wife, Sandy. Grandchildren: Adrian, Daria, Raymond, Ashley, Marco, Lucas, Tiffany, Tinaya. Great Grandchildren: Sayfudeen, Ukaasha, Adrianna, Noah, Jonah, ShayLynn, Enane, Ray, Jr., Rayvon, Liandra, Tristina. Dominique, Karoline, Christopher, Jr. and Natasha. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Carmen, Juanita, Malen and Engrasia and a brother, Raymon.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 18, 2012 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM and on Saturday, August 19, 2012 from 9-10 AM followed by a service at 10 AM. Burial will be at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Marco's name to St. Luke's Hospice Development Office, 801 Ostrum St., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
