Margaret A. Wagner

Margaret A. Wagner, 80, of Bethlehem, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Sacred Heart Senior Living in Lower Saucon Township. Born September 22, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Margaret (OMara) and Eugene J. Sharkey. She was married to Joseph C. Wagner for 56 years until his passing on April 15, 2014.

Margaret was a 1952 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School and a 1956 graduate of St. Lukes School of Nursing. She retired from nursing after 30 years at St. Lukes Hospital. She was a loyal member of St. Ursulas Catholic Church in Fountain Hill.

Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her 5 sons, James and his wife Amy of Berkeley Hts., NJ, Joseph (Bud) and his wife Linda of Lake Hauto, Michael of Chicago, John and his wife Heydee of Florence, SC, and Mark (Duke) and his wife Erika of Bethlehem and 15 grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 4th at St. Ursulas Catholic Church 1300 Broadway, Bethlehem, Pa. 18015 at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Ursulas Catholic Church.
