Margaret B. Johnson

Margaret "Tootie" B. Johnson, 90, of Bethlehem, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Monday, February 14, 2022. She was born on April 3, 1931, the daughter of the late Stephen and Frances (Paveltic) Sculac. She was the loving wife of the late Alan D. Johnson, Sr.

Margaret worked for many years in many of the local textile mills as a seamstress, retiring from Trio Togs in Bethlehem. Margaret was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Miller Heights. She enjoyed bus trips to casinos and tending to her vegetable and beautiful flower gardens. Margaret adored her grandchildren and cherished her time spent with them.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Alan Jr.; daughters, Diane Pendergrass, Susan Davis (Ronald) and Karen Johnson; grandchildren, April Johnson, Ariel Sparkman (Jim) and Jeff A. Wood (Patti); great-granddaughter, Savannah Wood and many nieces and nephews. Margaret was preceded in death by her brothers, John, Stephen and Joseph Sculac and sisters, Anna Czor, Mary Repyneck, Catherine Repyneck, Rose Audenried and Frances Vitko.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
