Margaret E. Ford

Margaret E. Ford, 82, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Hospice House of St. Luke's in Lower Saucon Twp. Born in Perkasie, PA; she was the daughter of the late Linford and Mamie Gross Moyer. She was the loving wife of John A. Ford of Bethlehem; they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this past August.

Margaret dedicated her life to her family. She played guitar, drums and the piano and enjoyed reading. She was a member of Bethlehem West Congregation Jehovah Witness.

Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her husband, sons, John Dennis Ford & his wife, Dana, of Bethlehem; Mark A. Ford & his wife, Melanie, of Bethlehem; sister, Irene Clemmer of Telford; five grandchildren, Shannon, Brendan, Ryan, Tiernan & Chelsea and a great-grandchild, Ariel. She was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.

Services: Friends may call Saturday, December 6, 2008 from 9-10 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem, followed by a Funeral Service at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Perkasie.
