Margaret ?Munsi? Makos, 85, of Bethlehem, died Friday, September 21, 2007 at Mary Ellen Convalescent Home in Hellertown. She was born February 12, 1922 in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Gyore Long.
She was the wife of the late Paul Makos.
Margaret worked on the assembly line at Bethlehem Wood Craft for ten years and five years as a clerk for the former Colonial Theater.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Bethlehem and the Women's Guild.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Patricia Ann "Penny", wife of Jeffrey Crane of Allentown; Sandra Leary of Bethlehem; sister, Ethel Litkauch of Bethlehem; and a granddaughter, Danielle Crane.
Services: Visitation will be on Wednesday , September 26, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday September 27, 2007 from 8:30-9:30am at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 East Broad St. Bethlehem. A Prayer Service will be held Tuesday, at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at
10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 416 E. Fifth St. Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.
