Margaret M. Zemanek

Margaret M. Zemanek, 82, formerly of Fountain Hill, PA, died Sunday, October 29, 2006, at Attleboro Nursing and Rehab Center in Langhorne, PA. Born February 4, 1924 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Stefan and Teresa Krizanovic Mulicka.

She was the loving wife of the late Stephen Zemanek who died in 2004. Margaret worked as a seamstress in the former Fountain Hill Mills before retiring in 1974. She was a member of SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church of Bethlehem, a member of the Rosary Society and a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokols. She will be lovingly remembered by: her two sons, James J. Zemanek and his wife Sally Ann of Newtown, PA; Stephen M. Zemanek & wife Rosemary of Towson, MD; brothers, Joseph Mulicka of Bethlehem; Michael Mulicka of Easton; sister, Helen Warning of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Stephen J. Zemanek, Alison L. Zemanek and Kelly Ann Zemanek

as well as three great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jacob & Julia. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Zemanek, two brothers, Stephen and Charles Mulicka and her grandson, Mark Zemanek. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Friday, November 3, 2006 at 11 a.m. at SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. in the church. Burial will be at St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Allentown.
