Margaret Mingora

Margaret T. “Peg” Mingora, 89, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at Holy Family Manor. She was born in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (Hirczi) Donchetz. She was the devoted wife of John G. Mingora. They observed their 67th wedding anniversary on January 3rd.

She worked for the former Champion Spark Plug for 32 years and Laros Silk Company for 8 years. She was a parishioner of St. Annes Catholic Church and formerly St. John Capistrano Catholic Church.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Nancy, wife of James Davis of Bethlehem Twp.; and her two grandsons, Dr. Jason Davis of CA and Brian Davis and wife, Jill of NJ; great granddaughter, Kayla Jaiden and great grandson, Joshua Cole. She was preceded in death by her brother, William Donchetz, twin sister, Irene Szvetecz, sisters, Theresa Husovsky, Mary Bukics and Anna Zamadics.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Annes Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Manor 1200 Spring St., Bethlehem, PA 18018.
