Maria L. Dematos

Maria L. DeMatos, 81, of Bethlehem, died on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at St. Lukes Hospice House. She was born in Portugal, daughter of the late Joaquim and Marianna (Rebimbas) Lopes. She was the loving wife of the late Edward V. DeMatos who died in 1998; they were married over 40 years. She was a faithful parishioner of the Assumption B.V.M Church, Colesville.

Maria will be lovingly remembered by her son, Jack DeMatos and wife Donna; daughters, Angie wife of Robert Carosiello and Beth wife of Christopher Grys; grandchildren: Marianne wife of Dr. Michael Gorski, Stephen and Jaclyn DeMatos, Cristina Carosiello, Gabrielle and Meghan Grys; sister, Delores wife of Tom Anderson

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Assumption B.V.M Church, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem. A 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

Memorials may be made to the St. Lukes Hospice House, Attn: Development Office, 801 Ostrum St., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
