Marie I. Castro

Marie I. Castro, 75, of Bethlehem, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's in Bethlehem, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 1, 1931 in Bethlehem, the daughter of the late Matthew and Anna Donchez Makos. She was the loving wife of Daniel J. Castro, they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past December.

She was a member of the Lehigh Boosters and St. Ursula?s Catholic Church of Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Daniel, of Bethlehem; two brothers, Matthew Makos, Jr. and John Makos both of Bethlehem

and many nieces & nephews She was preceded in death by her three sisters, Aurelia Matey, Anne Troiani, Margaret Giglio and a brother, Joseph Makos.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 10 a.m. at St. Ursula?s Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Bethlehem, PA 18015. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.
