Marilyn A. Bacak

Marilyn A. “Molly” Bacak, 67, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Hospice House of St. Lukes. She was born January 24, 1950; daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Gallagher) Tommor. Molly is survived by her husband of 46 years, Dr. Joseph F. Bacak, III M.D.

Molly was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and earned her associates degree in secretarial science from Northampton Community College. She served as the head of transcription for Jefferson Medical College, worked as a transcriptionist and medical secretary for Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and prior to her retirement, Molly worked as the medical secretary for her husbands medical practice.

Molly will be dearly missed by her husband, Joseph; son, Joel Bacak and his wife, Abbey; granddaughters, Emerson and Brynn; and a brother, Charles Tommor. Molly was preceded in death by her son, Justin Bacak; a sister, Mary Tommor and brother, James Tommor.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home and will be private at the convenience of the family.
