Marilyn Wachter

Marilyn Louise (Sumner) Wachter, 83, passed away Monday, November 14th, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late John L. Wachter, whom she adored.

Marilyn was a 1957 graduate of Wilson High School and received her bachelor's degree in 1961 from Moravian College. She held many jobs throughout her life, including teaching at Northeast Middle School, being a case worker for Northampton County Area Agency on Aging, and working as an associate at Josh Early Candies. She was a private individual, but loved her family, doing crossword puzzles, and being by the water, especially in Sarasota, Florida and Ocean City, New Jersey.

She is survived by her son, Glenn Wachter of Sarasota, FL, daughter, Kelly wife of Michael Lotito of Bethlehem, PA, grandsons, Alan Wachter and Devon Lotito husband of Paula, and granddaughters, Kori Lotito and Morgan Lotito, along with her extended family and dear friends.

Services: At Marilyn's request there will be no services.
