Martha Anne Begovich

Martha Begovich, 81, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, May 12, 2016. She was born in Bethlehem, daughter of Anna (Sabolchik) and John Marcinko. She was the loving wife of Nicholas Begovich.

Martha was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church in Bethlehem where she was a member of the 55 Plus Club. She was also a member of the Plaza Art League in Hellertown. She enjoyed oil painting, writing letters to pen pals, quilting, and most importantly being with her family.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Nicholas Begovich; daughters, Stephanie Begovich and her partner John Vananden, Pamela Begovich, Margaret, wife of Dennis Schell and Deanna, wife of Stephen Krausse; sisters, Delores Oravec and Janice Anthony and grandchildren, Brett, Kendrick, Eric, Henry, Nicholas, and Alec.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 16, 2016 from 10-11 a.m. at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1861 Catasaqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul C/O Notre Dame Church.
