Martha H. Yencho

Martha H. Yencho, 87, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, August 09, 2018. She was born on October 28, 1930, the daughter of the late Eva (Maksimiak) and Andrew Molnar. She was the loving wife of the late Thomas J. Yencho, Sr. for 59 years before his passing in 2010.

Martha was a founding member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. In her early years, she worked at Laros Silk Mill and Champion Spark Plug. She was an avid fan of game shows and the Uncle Jeffrey Show. Her family was her life. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and sister.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Thomas J. Yencho, Jr. and his wife, Brigitte, Gary D. Yencho and his wife, Cheryl, Mark S. Yencho and his wife, Susie and Cathy M. Lasko; sisters, Mildred Scrak and Rose Marie Kleppinger; sister in law, Julia Molnar; grandchildren, Tom Yencho and his wife, Sallie, Jennifer Miehle and her husband Ed, Beth Yencho, Andy Yencho, Kim Exaros and her husband Scott, Ashley Yencho, Amy Yencho, Mark Yencho and his wife, Laura, Chrissy Yencho, John Lasko and Megan Lasko and 7 great grandchildren. Martha was preceded in death by her sisters, Olga Yandrisovitz, Irene Wasilick and Anna Jane Molnar and brothers, Michael Molnar and John Beginnes.

Viewings will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. and also on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 9-10 A.M. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 3219 Santee Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18020. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
