Martha T. Camp, 95, of Bethlehem passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. She was born in Athens, GA on June 13, 1925, the daughter of the late William T. and Nellie (Day) Thornton. She was the loving wife of the late James K. Camp.

Martha enjoyed reading, golfing, gardening and traveling throughout the states. Her southern cooking will be greatly missed by those who ever had the pleasure of sharing a home cooked meal made by Martha. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bethlehem. Above all else, Martha loved and cherished her time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Betsy Harrison (Chuck) of Breinigsville; son, Michael Camp (Karen) of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Sara Barr; grandchildren, Kristin Regina, David Harrison, Lilly Camp and Zoe Camp and great grandchildren, Morgan and Alexandra Regina. Martha was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy and Joel Thornton and sisters, Totsie Elsdon, Anne Grinder and Willie Nell.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 12-1 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
