Martin E. Hallowell

Martin E. Hallowell, 55, of Hamburg, New York, formerly of Bethlehem, Pa. died Thursday July 10, 2008 at Atlantic City Regional Medical Center. He was born on March 23, 1953 in Bethlehem, Pa. son of Martin H. Hallowell of Bath, Pa. and the late Genevieve A. Tierney Hallowell. He was the husband of Caroline T. Wargo Hallowell. They celebrated 10 years of marriage on May 6, 2008.

Martin was an electrician for Bethlehem Steel for 30 years and presently with Mittal Steel in Buffalo, NY. He was a graduate of Liberty High School . Martin always had a great wit about him and liked to have fun.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Caroline, father Martin and wife Virginia Hallowell of Bath, Pa. , step son Nicholas T. Wargo of Hamburg, NY, 2 brothers Theodore "Ted" Hallowell of Houston, Texas, and David Hallowell of Waldorf, Md.

Services will held 11AM on Tuesday July 15, 2008 at the Connell Funeral Home 245. E. Broad St. Bethlehem, Pa. 18018 Calling hours 7-9PM on Monday at the funeral home.
