Mary A. Casciani, 88, of Bethlehem, passed away on August 14, 2022 at her residence. She was the wife of Anthony F. Casciani. Mary was born on January 23, 1934 in Holden, WV to the late John and Margaret (Dudash) Popovich. She worked as a cafeteria worker at Northeast Middle School for the Bethlehem Area School District for 25 years until retiring. Mary was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She loved her family and was very giving.
Survivors: In addition to her husband of 67 years; children: Roseann (Edward) Weinstein of High Bridge, NJ, Anthony F., Jr. (Pam) Casciani of Freemansburg, Mark (Diane) Casciani of Bethlehem; grandchildren: Lisa (Rob) Schmidt, Tony (Lexi) Sinnott, Stephanie (John) Labukas, Jeffrey (Fianc Patty) Casciani, Sarah Weinstein, Jenna (Mark) Smyers; 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by siblings: Anna Takacs, Margaret Klucsik, Helen Horvath & Joseph Popovich.
Service: Family and friends are invited to call 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 East Broad Street-Bethlehem followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church 450 East Washington Street-Bethlehem. The interment will conclude services at the Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
