Mary Folan Horvath, 89, of Bethlehem, died peacefully Saturday, April 7, in her home with family by her side.
She was born in Perth, Scotland; to the late Michael and Mary Jane Thompson Folan.
She was married to the late William "Popeye" Horvath for 48 years. They owned and operated the former Horvath's Meat Market for 25 years.
She is survived by three sons, William and his wife, Carol, of Bethlehem Township; Kenneth and his wife, Purnima, of Dallas, Texas; Bruce and his wife, Betty, of Easton, Maryland; three grandchildren and a sister, Margaret Cheevers, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey. She was predeceased by five brothers and three sisters.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 East Broad Street, Bethlehem. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 pm. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park.
