Mary I. Kacmar

Mary I. Kacmar, 96, of Bethlehem, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Holy Family Manor. Born in Lansford, PA on March 28, 1922; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Pizik) Kacmar.

Before retiring Mary worked in the Pricing Department at Hesss. She was a lifelong member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Pennsylvania Slovak Catholic Union. In 1985 Mary received a commemorative invitation to attend and participate in the private Inauguration of Ronald Regan as President.

She will be lovingly remembered by 4 generations of nieces & nephews; and her sisters-in-law, Irene, and Fran Kachmar. She was predeceased by her brothers: John, Joseph, Paul, and Martin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 7, from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Holy Family Manor St. Ann Chapel, 1200 Spring St., Bethlehem, 18018. A 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow in the Chapel. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. Please offer condolences online at www.connellfuneral.com.
