Mary Morganello

Mary Morganello, 93, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Hospice House of St. Luke's. She was born October 10, 1919, in Bethlehem; the daughter of the late Domenico and Angela (Ummarino) Morano. Mary was the devoted wife of over 60 years to the late Matthew Michael Morganello.

Mary worked as a teller for First National Bank. She was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Pompeii of the Most Holy Rosary and she was more recently a parishioner of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

She will be dearly missed by her son, Matthew F. Morganello and daughter, Carla (Morganello) Ross; sister, Isabelle Service; her grandson, Christopher Downing and several nieces and nephews. Mary was also preceded in death by her sisters, Rose Morano, Anna Kozel and Frances Cirroco and her brother, Vincent Morano.

A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem immediately followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
